Impacto Celestial meets at Parkview Church of God, 1116 Briarfield Road, Newport News, Virginia 23605. The vision of Impacto Celestial is to create opportunities within our families, the church and the community that would allow the church to minister to all who come in contact with us and make an everlasting impact in their lives--an impact such that the kingdom of heaven is increased and exalted through their acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and through their personal verbal confession unto salvation.
