New Churches for the Unchurched...Approximately 4 million Virginians are un-churched. That's about two-thirds of the state's population. Some 26,000 attend Church of God worship services on a given Sunday. If all our church buildings were filled twice on a Sunday morning, 3.9 million would still remain outside the reach of our churches.
While our commitment to strengthen existing churches remains at an all-time high, to effectively reach the un-churched, we must start and multiply hundreds of new churches that are passionate about taking Christ to their communities.
