We have received word of the passing of William “Billy” Rutter, the Grandfather of Lead Pastor David Akers of Daystar Worship Center COG.

The arrangements are as follows:

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, December 10, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. with visitation from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the Old Country Church located at 217 Bradshaw Coal Camp Drive Rd., Bradshaw, WV, 24817.

Friends may visit with family at the Old Country Church Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 6:00 P.M.
