What has God Done in 2020/2021?

The Faith Church of God ended 2020 with a parking lot service and Thanksgiving Food Drive for the community. Our church family, led by the Holy Spirit, fasted for ten days in December in preparation for our 21-day Daniel Fast in January 2021.

During our Parking Lot Services in December, we praised Jesus for the many miracles He performed through the Church. We have seen God move in a mighty way during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are a few examples:

A 23-year-old male who was blind received his sight 20/20, a 12-year-old had a fractured ankle and was miraculously healed.

A young woman who the doctor gave a 50/50 chance of living was miraculously healed.

A woman who had a stroke was miraculously healed.

God healed a young woman who the doctors believed would not survive.

And I was healed of an injured knee just before a dynamic parking lot service in June 2020.

The Faith church family began a 21-day Daniel Fast in expectation of the Year of Jubilee that would start in September 2021. The Faith Family began to see a miraculous anointed move of His agape love in February 2021. Many from our community began coming to Jesus for salvation, deliverance, and healing. The Faith family has seen many new people from our wonderful community, especially during our anointed parking lot services.

The God-inspired Consuelo Project began at the Faith Church of God in March 2021. Consuelo Ullman, a Social Worker with Hampton/Newport News, purposed in her heart to partner with the Faith Family assisting people experiencing homelessness in our community by helping them find housing. The Faith Family also assists with delivering furniture to the new homeowners.

On Sunday, May 16, 2021, we were so blessed to have 30 new members join the Faith Church of God Family. Sunday, August 1, 2021, was our Family/Community Day. We celebrated our community, feeding over 100 people and giving out 50 bags of school supplies to the children within our community. They also enjoyed our water bounce houses!

Tuesday, September 7, 2021, was our Jubilee parking lot service, celebrating the Year of Jubilee. The Faith family ended the 12 months with a food drive for the Hampton/Newport News community. On Saturday, November 20, 2021, The Faith family delivered Thanksgiving turkeys and food baskets to the community. This includes 25 turkeys to the Consuelo Project Clients.

We give thanks to God for the wonderful things He has done.
