Reverend Ralph Parker, Ordained Bishop with the Church of God in Virginia is serving as a state evangelist and would like for you and your church to consider having him come to minister to your congregation. He preaches a solid Pentecostal message. His goal is to encourage your church and to see people saved, healed, and filled with the Holy Ghost.
